Gee, that red is powerful. Who/what is holding the handkerchief??? up to the baby's face? What does the poster say? As to you "non smoker" subtitle…unfortunately, they're both smoking, one voluntarily, the other not.
Hy Mindy, thanks for the comment. The handkerchief is a brassard that a lot of people were wearing. I couldn´t find out whatfor. The poster has something to do with the party congress that was held at that time in beijing, well and the smoke… Chinas capital is well known for its polluted air and the government is trying hard to lower that. Wait and see.
